Essential Functioning Hours During COVID-19 Executive Order

On March 23rd, 2020 the State of Michigan signed Executive Order 2020-21 regarding COVID-19. This order has limited the operations of non-essential businesses in the State.

As a financial service business, we are deemed to be an essential business and will remain open to help serve your business and needs at this time. However, to be in compliance with the order, we have had to take a few precautionary measures to help ensure everyone’s safety. The following changes have been implemented on March 24th, 2020:• We are closed to the public, except for clients coming in to drop off or pick up documents.

• Office hours have been revised to 8 a.m.-4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
• Staff has been reduced to help limit exposure to employees and clients entering and leaving the building.
• All payroll deliveries are suspended and documents will need to be picked up at the office.
• Cleaning policies have been increased to ensure a sterile environment for our clients and employees.
