Forrest Tax takes pride in explaining the services that customers are receiving and educating them on ways they can protect, build, and grow their finances in the future. Being able to show a family how they can save money the next year and possibly increase their refund, or, showing a woman business owner how to fill out forms and make sure everything is up to Federal, State, and Local statues is a pleasure and a passion of the company. Education of laws and the reasoning behind the record-keeping is vitally important.

We also believe that to be the best, you must have excellent customer service–being available to clients in the times that matter most. Whether it is taking a call after business hours, or opening the office because someone needs paperwork to make a deadline, we put our customers first. We prioritize our communication with clients because they are important to us.

Forrest Tax believes in continuing education. Our staff takes annual courses to ensure they are up to date with the latest tax and payroll laws. From attending webinars to tirelessly researching the most accurate tax information and software, our team is always learning and growing as professionals.

I love to support business owners, however, being a woman gives me a special concern for other women who own businesses, especially entrepreneurs.

I have several small business owners who are clients of mine and I have helped them to prepare and establish business plans. We have worked closely for approval of business loans, grants and even finding a brick and mortar location. I offer clients mentoring from my own experiences, as well as accounting and payroll needs! I am readily available to them for questions concerns and comments. It is not easy being a small business owner and we must support one another. Each step of the way I am there to support my clients. I rejoice with them as their dream comes true and cry with them when faced with adversities!

Although Forrest Tax was my dream, I have not done it all by myself. Many men and women have put in their hard work, time, and effort to help the Forrest Tax dream become a reality. Our entire staff humbly thrives on the success of our clients, their families, and their businesses.
